Why is it completely free?

For businesses and staff, there are no costs, as the small fee is covered by the client or staff, depending on the client’s choice. This covers Stripe processing and the convenience of the Express Tips tipping platform.

Where do the tips go?

All contactless tips are deposited into the Stripe account, with free transfers to a card. The Stripe account is created as part of the Express Tips registration process.

How can employees receive tips?

There are two types of accounts: General Account - One person (e.g., a manager) registers, and all cashless tips are deposited into their account through a single QR code. The manager then distributes the digital tips among all employees. Personal Account - Each employee can register individually and order their own set of QR code cards for online tips. In this case, tips go directly to each employee’s Stripe account via their individual QR code.

Do I need to pay taxes?

Taxes need to be paid independently, depending on the laws of the country you are located in.

Why will income increase despite paying taxes?

With our online tipping system, all customers can leave tips — even those who don’t use cash (over 50%). Also tips through Express Tips are 1,5 to 2 times higher, as customers see an appealing avatar, staff goals, and find it easier to part with money online.
